To further strengthen our Telecommunication Solutions business, Nexburg is looking for a Finance and Operations Business Partner (m/f/x) for our Aachen office, starting July 1st, 2026, or later.
Your responsibilites
- Checking and recording incoming invoices
- Preparing and executing payments to suppliers
- Maintaining and reconciling master data
- Supporting order processing and ensuring smooth operations
- Recording incoming customer orders and creating invoices, credit notes, and certificates
- Intercompany reconciliation
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and HGB
- Making balance sheet-relevant entries in general ledgers and subsidiary ledgers
- Responsibility for the company's asset accounting
- Collaboration on special projects
Your profile
- Completed commercial training, e.g., as an industrial clerk or tax clerk
- At least 3 years of professional experience in accounting
- Good knowledge of accounting software (e.g., DATEV, SAP) – SAP Business One desirable
- Basic knowledge of tax law and accounting (HGB/IFRS)
- Careful and accurate working style
- Ability to work in a team and good communication skills
- Organizational skills and sense of responsibility
- Resilience and flexibility when faced with a high workload
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Ability to work independently and solve problems
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Fluent German
