Corporate Strategy Manager (m/f/x)

Planning and implementation of the value creation plan in close collaboration with the management team, including support in budget planning, performance tracking, and prioritization of key initiatives
Structuring and coordinating new product launches in the software and technology environment (go-to-market, launch processes, alignment with product and sales), as well as participation in commercial growth initiatives such as pricing and monetization strategies
Support of M&A processes, e.g. support of due diligence, organizing workstreams, timeline management, and integration of relevant stakeholders
Conducting market, competitive, and feasibility analyses to assess potential opportunities
Leading and implementing strategic projects such as data transparency, reporting, or operational excellence initiatives (e.g. introduction and further development of reporting and management tools)
Close collaboration with various business functions to unlock efficiency, transparency, and growth potential
Acting as an interface between the management team, private equity investors, and the advisory board including the content-related preparation of analyses, budgets, and strategic decision materials

Successfully completed degree, ideally in business administration, engineering, computer science, or related fields
3-5 years of relevant professional experience, e.g. in management consulting, private equity, corporate development, project management, or in a technology-driven environment
Experience in value creation in a private equity environment is an advantage
Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working
High level of execution focus and enjoyment of working with top management
Strong communication skills in German and English
